Βαλκανικό Πρωτάθλημα Ταχύτητας Μοτοσυκλέτας στις Σέρρες το τριήμερο 19-20 και 21 Απριλίου
Μετά την διεξαγωγή του 1ου και 2ου γύρου (22-23-24 Μαρτίου) ο μηχανοκίνητος αθλητισμός των Βαλκανίων επικεντρώνεται ξανά στο μοναδικό Αυτοκινητοδρόμιο της χώρας, καθώς εκατό αθλητές από Βουλγαρία, Ρουμανία, Σερβία, Τουρκία, Σκόπια κι Ελλάδα θα αγωνιστούν στο πλαίσιο του Βαλκανικού Πρωταθλήματος Ταχύτητας Μοτοσυκλέτας (BMU European Roadracing Championship), το οποίο θα διεξαχθεί πάλι στις Σέρρες, την Παρασκευή και το Σαββατοκύριακο 19-20-21 Απριλίου.
Σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα, την ερχόμενη Παρασκευή προβλέπονται ο τεχνικός έλεγχος και τα ελεύθερα δοκιμαστικά (από τις 11:15 με τρία 20λεπτα για κάθε κατηγορία), ενώ το Σάββατο (14:00) και την Κυριακή (11:30) είναι αφιερωμένο στο κυρίως αγωνιστικό τμήμα της διοργάνωσης, όποτε οι αθλητές, οι καλλίτεροι των Βαλκανίων, θα αγωνιστούν ανά κατηγορία (SP125/SSP300, F600, F1000, SuperSport και Superbike 1000), με τους ταχύτερους να δίνουν σκληρή μάχη για μία θέση στο βάθρο των νικητών.
Ειδικότερα,
Σάββατο 20 Απριλίου, η προγραμματισμένη εκπαίδευση αρχίζει στις 9:00. Ο αγώνας του D600 προγραμματίζεται στις 14:45 και η κατηγορία D1000 στις 15:20.
Ο τελευταίος αγώνας της ημέρας είναι η κατηγορία Superbike στις 16:35. Η γιορτή αρχίζει στις 17:15.
Κυριακή, 21 Απριλίου, η προθέρμανση προγραμματίζεται να ξεκινήσει στις 09:00. Ο πρώτος αγώνας είναι προγραμματισμένος στις 11:30 και ο τελευταίος στις 14:00.
Οι αγώνες της Κυριακής για όλες τις κατηγορίες αρχίζουν στις 14:40.
ΕΙΣΙΤΗΡΙΟ: Δέκα (10) ευρώ για όλο το Σαββατοκύριακο (και για τις δύο ημέρες).
Την Παρασκευή η είσοδος είναι ελεύθερη.

INSURANCE, ENTRIES AND STARTING PERMISSIONS
All riders must be authorized by their national federation (FMN) in order to participate in the event(s) via starting permission plus license confirmation (to be presented at the administrative control).
All entries must be sent minimum 2 days before the beginning of the Administrative control. All riders will be required to sign additional documents at the Administrative control.
Riders under the age of 18 (minors) must be accompanied by a legal representative (parent or guardian) at the technical and Administrative control.
By singing and stamping the Starting permission for a rider, their FMN declares that the rider in question:
has a valid insurance for motorcycling sports valid for the territory of Greece and for the days of the event
according to FIM Europe requirements
has no bans or prohibitions that prevent them to participate in the event,
is physically and mentally fit to participate in the event,
has the sporting skills of the required level in order to participate in the event without endangering him or other participants during the event
The organizers disclaim all responsibility for damage to a motorcycle, its accessories and components arising out of an accident, fire or other cases.
The organizers have contracted a third party insurance according the BMU regulations for the days of the event (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) for the amount of 20 000 euro.

FREE PRACTICES, TIME PRACTICES AND RACES
Free practices, Timed Practices and Races will be run according to the timetable enclosed.
RENUNCIATION OF ANY RECOURSE AGAINST SPORTING AUTHORITIES
Riders renounce all rights of appeal against the organizer, his representatives or agents by arbitration or before a tribunal or any other manner not foreseen by the BMU Regulations or the FIM Europe Sporting Code where applicable, for any damages for which they could be liable in consequence of all acts or omissions on the part of the organizer, his officials, representatives or agents in the application of these regulations or contributed to or arising out of their actions.
SPECIFIC AND ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS FOR THE EVENT:
The grid positions for Sunday races will be made according to the best lap time of the rider achieved during the races on Saturday.
Boxes are to be rent directly from the circuit administration, preferably in advance.
Riders may remain in the Paddock on Friday and Saturday evenings as security will be provided. The use of open fires (barbeques etc.) is not allowed for safety reasons.
the penalty for jump start / false start during the races is +30 secs added to the total racing time of the rider.
the 110% qualifying criteria will be applied in all classes Saturday after the merged timed practices. Riders from SBK and SSP who fail to qualify for their corresponding class will move to F1000/F600. Riders from F1000/F600 who fail to qualify for their corresponding class will move to class F110.
The new composition of the classes in Saturday is valid for the races on Sunday too.
